MIKE STUBBLEFIELD, LMT Owner

Mike StubblefieldMike brings a myriad of modalities to his massage style to meet the needs of his patients.  He studied at the Boulder School of Massage Therapy, graduating in 1986.  He has taken hundreds of hours of continuing education  to improve and enhance his skills for relieving pain from the body.   These studies have included Cranio-sacral therapy, Precision Neuromuscular Therapy, St. John Neuromuscular therapy, Somatics, Bio-kinetics, and Functional Manipulative Techniques.

Mike’s philosophy is to first determine which muscles correspond to the symptoms you are having.  Second, he will treat these muscles very specifically and comprehensively.  In this way, you will experience the most relief possible from each visit.  Your recovery will take less time because this focused approach doesn’t waste time on areas that are not pertinent to your pain.

MAGGIE BARNHILL, LMT

My great passion is bringing healing and awareness to people who have held pain, injuries, or stress in their bodies and wish to end that pain cycle and maintain wellness. Using movement and neuromuscular technique, I work to create an individual plan to relieve pain, unwind old patterns, increase range of motion, and rejuvenate the body. I also enjoy teaching my clients ways to help themselves, thereby enhancing the work we do in session.

To further my passion and skills for massage therapy, I attend PNMT workshops and seminars yearly, focusing on hip and IT Band problems, spinal issues, head and neck restrictions, etc. I believe that no single approach is the “right” one, so I combine different modalities in fresh ways to create a personalized approach for each client.

I am trained in Precision Neuromuscular Therapy (PNMT), neuromuscular re-education (NMR), Body Insight, Swedish, and Sports massage, and have been a massage therapist since 1997. Originally from Chicago, but a long-time Colorado girl, I enjoy all that the Colorado outdoors offers with my family and friends.
